Role Overview

Join Anthropic’s Finance team as a Strategic Finance, GTM member to partner with sales counterparts, providing financial expertise and guidance to support strategic decision-making.

What You Will Do

Provide expert guidance and recommendations to post-sales stakeholders on financial strategies, investments, and resource allocation decisions, and prepare and deliver clear, concise, and insightful financial reports and analyses.

Requirements

• Experience in strategic finance, sales or GTM finance, FP&A, private equity, growth equity, venture capital, consulting, or investment banking
• Exceptional analytical skills with an ability to synthesize data into compelling insights and develop / maintain complex financial operating models
• Extraordinary problem-solving and critical thinking abilities to navigate complex financial challenges
• Comfort working cross-functionally and are adept at communicating complex financial information to non-finance audiences
• Strong relationship building, business judgment, process management, and communication skills
• Passion for Anthropic’s mission to build safe, transformative AI systems
