Requirements
- Engineering experience working with complex technologies and building data-driven productivity solutions with AI
- Proven track record of developing and deploying automations focused on lead management, prospecting workflows, and early-stage sales processes
- Strong technical proficiency with APIs and experience integrating lead sources, CRM systems, sales engagement platforms, and marketing automation tools
- Deep expertise with sales development tools
- Experience building scalable lead routing, scoring, and prioritization systems in fast-growth B2B environments
