People Operations Manager

Role Overview

The People Operations Manager will play a critical leadership role in delivering a caring, consistent and high-quality employee experience across the end-to-end Hire-to-Retire lifecycle. They will lead People Operations Advisors across multiple locations and be accountable for day-to-day service delivery, process excellence, team engagement and the smooth execution of key employee lifecycle activities.

What You Will Do

The People Operations Manager will lead and engage a team of People Operations Advisors, coach and develop team members, plan resource allocation, oversee HR operational services, enhance recruitment operations, and drive and monitor KPIs and service levels.

• Strong customer focus and commitment to delivering high-quality employee experiences in high-volume environments
• Continuous improvement mindset with experience leading or supporting change and process improvement initiatives
• Strong interpersonal, relationship-building and conflict-resolution skills
• Ability to manage shifting priorities and deliver outcomes within agreed timelines and scope
• Analytical and process-oriented approach with a strong focus on efficiency, accuracy and system optimisation
