Regional Head Europe – People Operations

Role Overview

As a Regional Head Europe- People Operations, you will hold regional responsibility for delivering professional, high-quality and integrated HR support across diverse employee groups and cultures. You will lead the regional People Advisory Services team, strengthen employee experience, translate the global HR service delivery model into effective regional execution, and drive continuous improvement through strong stakeholder partnership, disciplined service management and capability building.

Consistently drive and deliver high-quality, integrated HR services across the region to strengthen employee experience. Provide leadership to the regional People Advisory Services team, creating an environment where colleagues are engaged, proud of their work and connected to a clear sense of purpose.

Requirements

• 12-15 years of experience creating and delivering a range of high-quality business services, preferably including HR services.
• HR generalist background in a large international organisation, including HR operations experience; shared-services experience is a strong advantage.
• Demonstrated leadership capability with a strong focus on team engagement, capability building and change.
• Excellent stakeholder management skills and executive presence with business leaders and senior stakeholders.
• Strong employee-experience and customer-service orientation.
• Process and continuous-improvement mindset, with a focus on high-quality and efficient service delivery.
• Ability to translate global operating models into practical regional plans and execution.
• Collaborative working style that fosters cooperation and teamwork across functions, brands and locations.
• High accountability, pace and attention to delivery commitments.
