Role Overview
The Billing Operations Associate will own the financial side of the IT Asset Disposition program, a small, fast-moving team responsible for what happens to hardware at the end of its life, and for the money that comes back when it’s resold or recycled.
What You Will Do
Ingest settlement and revenue reports, reconcile device-level and order-level ITAD revenue, investigate unmatched records, and own the end-to-end credit issuance workflow.

The role requires strong Excel skills, attention to detail, and the ability to run several parallel workflows without losing track of any of them.
Requirements
- 2–5 years in reconciliation, cash applications, billing, audit, accounts payable/receivable, or financial operations
- Demonstrated experience finding and resolving discrepancies
- Strong Excel / Google Sheets skills
- Strong spoken and written English
- High attention to detail
