The Senior Manager, Business Growth & Planning, will partner with services leadership to define business plans, identify growth initiatives, and assess new business opportunities. The role will require a data-led approach to understanding business health and its underlying drivers, and forecasting services growth.
Requirements
- Extensive experience in strategy and business planning from a leading media or entertainment company or top-tier management consultancy
- Skilled at managing and influencing senior stakeholders
- Natural aptitude for translating data into insights and conceptualizing new strategies
- Ability to solve complex business problems with challenging deadlines and opposing priorities
- Strong quantitative analysis skills and proficiency in spreadsheet applications
- Proficiency in AI-assisted workflows, including LLM tools
- Exceptional written and verbal communication and storytelling skills
