Requirements

• 2+ years of software implementation support experience
• 5+ years of experience in client or key stakeholder interaction
• 5+ years of work experience in a corporate setting
• Platform experience with Iterable, Braze, Sailthru, Cordial, Klaviyo, Mailchimp, Responsys, Cheetahmail, Simondata, or Salesforce Marketing Cloud
• Experience with cross-functional teams including engineers, executives, and stakeholders
