Senior Strategic Partnerships Manager – AgTech

As the Senior Strategic Partnerships Manager for Mexico, you will serve as the key interface between Arable and strategic partners, driving the successful delivery of large-scale agricultural sustainability programs, with a strong focus on water stewardship and efficient irrigation practices.

Requirements

• Fluency in English (written and spoken)
• Strong background in agriculture, irrigation, agronomy, or agtech
• Proven experience managing external partnerships and stakeholders
• Experience implementing or leading programs across multiple stakeholders
• Ability to drive execution and accountability without direct authority
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
• Comfort working with technology and troubleshooting issues
