Requirements
- 4+ years of full-time working experience in quantitative analysis roles
- Excellent SQL skills
- Experience with search performance metrics
- Proficient in designing, running, and analyzing A/B tests
- Proven ability to lead analytical projects and prioritize recommendations
- Skilled at synthesizing complex data into clear, actionable insights
- Strong collaboration and communication skills
- Proficiency with data visualization tools
- Ability to navigate ambiguity and work independently
