Director, Product Marketing

Role Overview

The Director, Product Marketing position is a customer-facing role responsible for technical marketing activities, driving new customer engagements, and ensuring ongoing engagements are executed within stipulated timelines. This role will be a single point of contact for several Account Teams and customers.

What You Will Do

Key responsibilities include maintaining product roadmaps, supporting technical meetings with customers, creating and managing customer presentations, and owning market requirement spec documents.

This role requires a high level of proficiency in technical marketing, product life cycle, and capital equipment systems in the semiconductor industry. Experience with plasma-based equipment and direct customer engagement or supplier management is highly preferred.

Requirements

• 10+ years of semiconductor / capital equipment industry experience
• Masters or PhD in Material Science, Electrical/Chemical/Mechanical Engineering or equivalent
• Understanding of product life cycle and technical marketing
• High level of proficiency or deep understanding of capital equipment systems in semiconductor or similar industry
• Experience with plasma-based equipment / understanding of key sub-systems in a plasma-based reactor
• PEALD or PECVD experience is preferred (Plasma Etch background will be considered as well)
• Direct customer engagement or supplier management background is highly preferred
• Ability to work with multiple internal disciplines on portfolio of products
• Ability to travel globally
