Sales – Business Development Manager

Role Overview

Deals with smaller size customers or standard service deals. Finds solutions to problems with a defined scope and support execution. These may be new problems but are usually defined by a contained nature or a limited level of variables or uncertainties.

What You Will Do

Supports customers’ roadmap enablement for future products. Collects and communicates technical requirements of customers. Supports technical feasibility assessment, customer-specific product configuration, and validation of system performance for new products.

Why It Might Be a Fit

Requires experience in technical engineering, preferably in the semiconductor industry. Understands ASML’s core processes and knows how to use and optimize these. Experienced in interacting with key stakeholders across customers and within ASML.

Requirements

• Master degree in technical subject with substantial experience or equivalent working and thinking level.
• Optional Business Administration or commercial education.
• Experience in technical engineering, preferably in the semiconductor industry.
• Understand ASML’s core processes, and know how to use and optimize these.
• Experienced in interacting with key stakeholders (engineers or peers up the middle management) across customers and within ASML.
