Role Overview

What You Will Do
Plan and implement market research, analyze external and internal factors and customer insights based on research results. Plan, implement, and manage promotional activities based on strategies (including material, event, and digital strategies).

Requirements
- More than 5 years of marketing experience in the pharmaceutical industry
- Ability to accurately read and extract insights from market research results and objective facts
- Ability to objectively capture and analyze the current situation
- Ability to take action towards solving challenges
- Ability to identify challenges through meetings with doctors and ability to ask and analyze questions
- Ability to challenge oneself and continue to challenge oneself in one’s own field
- Ability to cooperate with other departments to achieve results as a team
- Sufficient communication ability in Japanese
- TOEIC 800 points to be acquired within 2 years after joining the company
