HR Manager – Global People Operations & Talent Management

Role Overview

Atlas Systems is looking for a dynamic, hands-on and people-focused HR Manager – Global People Operations & Talent Management to manage and continuously improve the employee experience across our global workforce.

What You Will Do

The HR Manager will support employees and managers across geographies, manage HR operations, employee benefits, payroll inputs, talent management, employee engagement, People Connect, talent development, wellness, performance management, employer branding and people analytics.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Management or a related discipline.
• Proven experience in an HR Manager, HR Business Partner, People Operations or Talent Management role.
• Strong hands-on experience across HR Operations, Talent Management, Employee Engagement and Employee Relations.
• Experience supporting employees across multiple countries or regions.
• Practical experience with BambooHR or a comparable modern HRMS.
• Experience coordinating payroll inputs, employee benefits and insurance programs.
• Exposure to retirement, pension or statutory employee benefit programs such as 401(k), PF or equivalent country-specific schemes.
• Experience with eNPS, engagement surveys or employee pulse surveys.
• Experience in Talent Development, Learning & Development and Performance Management.
• Exposure to Employer Branding and Employee Communications.
• Experience designing or managing Employee Wellness initiatives.
• Experience in the IT Services, Technology or Professional Services industry is preferred.
• Strong communication, analytical, interpersonal and stakeholder-management skills.
• Ability to manage sensitive employee and compensation information with appropriate confidentiality.
