As our new Logistics Business Development Manager, you will work proactively and make the next step forward with us, managing a Europe-wide network of more than 200 logistics partners and leading continuous improvement initiatives focused on increasing efficiency and improving service quality.
Requirements
- B.Sc./M.Sc. in Logistics, Supply Chain, Business, Economics, or another related field of study
- Experience in parcel logistics, automotive logistics, finished vehicle logistics, transportation, real estate, network design are pluses, but not a must
- Passion for moving tasks forward, taking full ownership of projects, and leadership skills that inspire the people you work with to drive opportunities forward with full force
- Ability to manage priorities simultaneously to meet time-sensitive deadlines while staying within budget
- Strong analytical skills including the ability to summarize quantitative concepts into a digestible format
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills to liaise with our external partners and manage them independently
- Fluency in English. Other European languages (especially German, French, Spanish, Italian) is a plus
