Role Overview
A Senior Financial Analyst will play a critical part in delivering financial insights, supporting strategic decision-making, and producing high-quality analysis and reporting for the company’s strategic business units.
What You Will Do
Own and enhance forecasting and models, support financial planning processes, perform variance analysis, and produce executive-ready reporting and presentations.

Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business Analytics, Data Analytics, or a related field with a minimum GPA of 3.5
- Minimum of 2-3 years of professional work experience
- Ability to work in person 3 days a week in our World Headquarters in Parsippany, NJ.
- Strong financial modeling and analytical skills
- Proven ability to create executive-level materials and communicate insights clearly.
- High attention to detail with strong ownership mindset
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities
- Experience with data visualization and analytics tools (e.g., Excel, Power BI, Claude or similar)
- Basic knowledge of SQL, or other data querying tools
- Data-driven problem solver with strong business judgment
- Ability to shorten time spent on tasks with your technical background
