Senior Data & AI Engineer RevOps

Role Overview

The Senior Data & AI Engineer RevOps will be the person responsible for technology, data, and AI of the Retention squad, within RevOps (Data Solutions / GTM). The team takes care of the systems, data, and solutions that Customer Success and Support use every day.

What You Will Do

Design, build, and maintain pipelines and data modeling (ELT/ETL) in the Google ecosystem (BigQuery / Google Cloud), with Airflow and dbt, so that the business has reliable and scalable data. Ensure quality, governance, and documentation of the data that feeds Gainsight, BI, and the CS and Support systems, creating a consistent source of truth.

Requirements

• Solid experience as a Data Engineer, Analytics Engineer, with proven autonomy
• Experience building and maintaining data pipelines in production
• Practical knowledge of BigQuery and Google Cloud
• Experience with orchestration and data transformation (Airflow and/or dbt)
• Practical use of LLMs / AI generative in automations or products (APIs, prompts)
• Git and good engineering practices (versioning, documentation, testing)
• Technical English for reading and documentation
• Higher education in Technology, Engineering, Computer Science, Statistics or related areas, or equivalent experience
