A growing FMCG company is seeking to hire a Sales Lead who is energetic and results-driven, responsible for leading the sales team, expanding distribution channels, increasing sales performance, and ensuring excellent execution in the market.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or any related field.
- 4-6 years of experience in FMCG sales, with at least 1-2 years in a supervisory or leadership role.
- Strong leadership and team management skills with the ability to drive performance.
- Proven track record in business development and closing deals with key accounts.
- Hands-on experience in field sales, distribution, and channel management.
- Strong negotiation, communication, and analytical skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and sales reporting tools.
- Fluency in both English and Arabic.
- Preference for owning a car.
