Role Overview

As a Business Development Representative, you will qualify and prioritize incoming leads, identify new potential customers, and build a solid sales pipeline. You will work closely with key account managers and use modern tools to design your activities efficiently.

Your tasks include qualifying and prioritizing incoming leads, conducting initial conversations with decision-makers, and building a solid sales pipeline. You will also hand over qualified opportunities to the sales team and close simple deals independently.

Requirements

  • First experiences in sales, customer success or business development
  • Well-developed communication ability
  • Proactive work style
  • Experience with CRM systems (preferably Hubspot)
  • Ability to quickly understand complex issues and convey them clearly
  • Fluent German and very good English skills
