Role Overview

The Executive Assistant to the Chief Marketing Officer will serve as a trusted partner to the CMO, anticipating needs and proactively advancing priorities. This role goes beyond traditional administrative support, requiring strong business judgment, financial acumen, presentation skills, and curiosity about AI and emerging technology.

The ideal candidate will help transform ideas, data, and rough inputs into executive-ready materials while keeping a complex, fast-moving organization aligned and moving forward. This includes developing executive presentations and communications, using AI tools to improve workflows, and managing competing priorities with calm, flexibility, and professionalism.

Requirements

  • Significant experience supporting a C-suite executive or senior business leader in a fast-paced organization
  • Exceptional judgment, discretion, organization, and attention to detail
  • Strong business acumen and the ability to understand strategy, financial information, performance metrics, and organizational priorities
  • Demonstrated experience developing or improving executive-level presentations and communications
  • Confidence using AI tools to synthesize information, improve workflows, and produce high-quality first drafts
  • Advanced proficiency with Google Workspace or Microsoft Office, particularly presentation and spreadsheet tools
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to tailor information for Board, executive, employee, and external audiences
  • A proactive mindset and a track record of identifying gaps, solving problems, and moving work forward without requiring constant direction
  • The ability to manage competing priorities with calm, flexibility, and professionalism
