Role Overview

As a Business Development Representative (BDR) at Centrapay, you’ll focus on generating leads, building relationships, managing a pipeline of opportunities, and closing sales to drive revenue growth and expand Centrapay’s customer base in the fast-growing ecommerce space.

What You Will Do

Create and execute outbound merchant sales campaigns, handle inbound sales inquiries, qualify leads, identify customer needs, and provide solutions aligned with Centrapay’s offerings.

Requirements

  • 1-3 years of experience in sales, with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
  • Experience in retail payments, ecommerce experience is a big plus
  • Solid understanding of the sales process and customer relationship management
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build customer rapport
  • Excellent problem-solving and negotiation skills and a customer-focused mindset
  • Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Ability to provide exceptional customer service and support
  • A solid customer-centric approach, and a passion for Sales
