Role Overview

We are seeking a Business Development Manager to play a pivotal role in growing and broadening the support base for our SIPP proposition within the UK financial adviser market. This is a senior, high-impact role combining new business origination with relationship deepening. The role will suit someone who thrives in a low-infrastructure environment, is comfortable building their own momentum, and takes pride in developing structure, insight, and opportunity.

What You Will Do

Identify, prioritise and pursue new adviser relationships capable of delivering long-term, repeat SIPP business. Actively manage and deepen relationships with existing key introducers, recognising that adviser-level engagement does not automatically translate into firm-wide support.

Requirements

• Proven experience in business development within the SIPP and adviser market
• An established network of financial adviser contacts
• Strong commercial judgement and the discipline to focus on high-value opportunities
• Clear understanding of regulatory requirements and boundaries
• Exposure to DFMs, national advice firms, banks, and large adviser groups
• Experience handling non-advised pension enquiries
• Relevant professional qualifications (e.g. financial planning or pensions-related)
