Role Overview
Build Basis’s sales enablement function from the ground up, owning everything that helps sellers ramp faster, sell more consistently, and win more deals. Partner with sales leadership, marketing, product, and RevOps to keep reps current on a fast-evolving product and an evolving accounting/finance buyer.
What You Will Do
Design onboarding and ramp program, codify playbooks and messaging, build content, training, and certification, and measure what’s working through ramp time, win rates, and rep productivity.

- Ability to partner cross-functionally with sales, marketing, product, and RevOps leadership
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience
