Bastion is looking for a Head of Customer Operations to build and lead customer support across its partner ecosystem. The role sits at the intersection of partner operations, support strategy, and AI-powered tooling.

Requirements

  • Fielding partner escalations and resolving straightforward issues independently
  • Building and shipping the scope boundary framework
  • Standing up the knowledge base
  • Establishing SLA tracking and reporting
  • Designing and executing the BPO strategy
  • Building the support model for Bastion’s next major partnership launch
  • Optimizing the balance between AI-automated resolution and human-handled support
  • Building a voice-of-customer feedback loop
