Requirements
- Fielding partner escalations and resolving straightforward issues independently
- Building and shipping the scope boundary framework
- Standing up the knowledge base
- Establishing SLA tracking and reporting
- Designing and executing the BPO strategy
- Building the support model for Bastion’s next major partnership launch
- Optimizing the balance between AI-automated resolution and human-handled support
- Building a voice-of-customer feedback loop
