Senior Product Manager, Analytics & Data Platforms

Bellese is a mission-driven Digital Services Company seeking a Senior Product Manager to lead product strategy and delivery within a complex, data-intensive environment supporting federal healthcare programs.

Requirements

• 7+ years as a Product Manager building digital products in a cross-functional agile environment
• Exceptional communication skills across business, technical, and creative stakeholders
• Deep understanding of the consulting mindset
• In-depth knowledge of the requirements management cycle
• Strong command of modern product management practices
• Superior relationship-building skills in large, complex stakeholder environments
• Proven ability to drive progress in ambiguous environments
• Prior experience in a client-facing consulting or contracting role
• Ability to identify risks and implement mitigation techniques in a timely manner
• Strong experience owning products involving data pipelines, analytics, or reporting systems
• Demonstrated ability to operate independently and drive outcomes without direction
• Proven ability to lead in ambiguous, high-pressure environments
• Strong understanding of: data modeling and ETL processes, data quality, validation, and governance practices, experience partnering closely with data engineers and backend teams, strong analytical and problem-solving skills, experience managing complex systems with multiple dependencies and integrations
