Lead and execute the sales strategy for Vietnam, ensuring achievement of revenue, distribution, and market share targets across all retail & pharmacy & M&B & other channels.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in business, sales, marketing, or related field
- Minimum 5 years of sales experience in FMCG or Health & Wellness sector
- Strong knowledge of Vietnam retail landscape and distributor networks
- Proven ability to lead teams and manage complex negotiations
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills
- Analytical mindset for market and performance data
- Fluency in English
- Advanced skills in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and data presentation
- Ability to work across diverse cultures and collaborate with stakeholders in different regions
