Role Overview

Working across functions and markets, the organization helps create opportunities for business growth through integrated campaigns, brand platforms, communications, training, content, research and analytics, digital experiences, and client engagement.

What You Will Do

Lead integrated marketing campaigns and initiatives supporting the strategic priorities of the Wealth and Institutional businesses in Japan.

You will work closely with local and regional marketing teams, Corporate Communications, client business teams, product teams, and other partners to shape the marketing direction and translate business priorities into effective campaigns.

Requirements

• At least eight years of relevant experience in financial services, preferably within asset management, banking, or wealth management.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in Japanese and English, including the ability to write, edit, and proofread marketing copy.
• Strong knowledge of the investment-management industry, including investment products, client segments, and the competitive landscape.
• A creative and data-informed approach to developing engaging messages, evaluating campaign performance, and identifying opportunities to improve established practices.
• Strong strategic, critical-thinking, quantitative, and analytical skills, with the ability to develop thoughtful solutions and implement initiatives independently.
• Demonstrated ability to influence senior stakeholders and collaborate effectively across local, regional, and global teams without relying on formal authority.
• Strong project-management, prioritization, and organizational skills, with close attention to detail and the ability to advance multiple initiatives in an evolving environment.
