Director, Product Operations

Role Overview

Leads Product Operations strategy and execution, overseeing operating frameworks, portfolio tracking and reporting, product information systems, AI enablement, cross-functional alignment, and a team of product delivery managers.

What You Will Do

Owns execution of the Product Operating Model, designs and maintains frameworks for product development work, connects product and engineering rhythms, identifies and resolves operational friction points, and oversees product portfolio tracking and reporting.

Requirements

• 10 or more years of relevant experience in product operations, product delivery, or a related function
• 7 or more years of supervisory or team leadership experience
• Bachelor’s degree in business, engineering, computer science, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience
• Demonstrated ability to design and implement operational frameworks that improve the consistency and efficiency of product development across organizations with multiple teams or products
• Experience building or consolidating product planning, tracking, or reporting systems
• Demonstrated experience developing and executing an AI or automation enablement strategy in an operational context
• Proven ability to influence senior stakeholders and align cross functional teams around shared operating practices and data standards
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with experience using data to surface insights, communicate status, and support executive decision making
• Experience working in collaborative, cross functional environments where alignment must be built across functions rather than directed from above
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to translate operational complexity into clear narratives for diverse audiences
