Develop state-of-the-art machine learning models, partner with cross-functional teams, and drive impactful solutions as a Senior Data Scientist/ML Engineer at a dynamic US tech company.

Requirements

  • ML Expertise: 5+ years of experience building and deploying machine learning models.
  • Proficiency with libraries such as XGBoost, PyTorch, or TensorFlow, and a strong grasp of supervised/unsupervised learning and experimental design.
  • Programming Skills: Strong proficiency in Python, including the standard data stack (Pandas, NumPy) and experience with distributed computing frameworks like PySpark or Hive.
  • Business Acumen: Proven ability to translate abstract business requirements into technical ML solutions with measurable, bottom-line impact.
  • Data Engineering: Hands-on experience with data preparation, feature engineering, and managing large-scale datasets in a cloud environment.
  • Communication: Ability to clearly articulate complex technical concepts and model trade-offs to diverse audiences.
  • Problem-Solving: A passion for tackling ambiguous, complex problems and a drive to deliver innovative, production-ready solutions.
  • Continuous Learning: A growth mindset with a deep interest in staying updated on the latest advancements in machine learning, statistics, and AI research
