Role Overview
The Data Analyst will be responsible for supporting operational data analysis and decision-making within the Workshop Department. This position will extract, process, and analyze workshop operational data from various available systems, and provide data-driven recommendations to operational teams and management.

The Data Analyst will extract, process, and analyze workshop operational data, determine appropriate analytical methods, develop reports and dashboards, deliver insights, and propose enhancements to operational processes based on data analysis.

Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in a related field (e.g., Statistics, Mathematics, Information Systems, Industrial Engineering, or equivalent)
- Experience in data processing and analysis
- Strong analytical, logical, and systematic thinking skills
- Proficiency in data processing and analysis tools such as Microsoft Excel, Power BI, and other supporting tools
- Ability to perform data cleaning, validation, and management in an accurate, structured, and sustainable manner
- Strong communication skills, responsive to ad-hoc requests, and able to work under pressure with high initiative and adaptability
