Director, Client Enablement Manager

Role Overview

We’re seeking a Director – Head of Americas Client Enablement to join our Global Payments & Trade, Global Client Enablement team. This role will manage department activities, provide consultation, and strategize processes for increased productivity and growth.

What You Will Do

Manage department activities, provide consultation, strategize and oversee processes, design daily operational programs, establish and grow relationships, establish cost parameters, create and maintain plan for forecasting, supervise employee productivity, provide data analytics, work with managers to develop long-term strategic initiatives, participate in development of competitor analyses, and support customer-facing operations.

Why It Might Be a Fit

The ideal candidate will have 10+ years of total work experience, at least 5+ years of people management experience, external client facing experience, strong ability with database and information systems software, experience in data analysis, strong presentation skills, and ability to work in an office environment 4-5 days a week.
