Senior Vice President, Financial Planning & Analysis Manager

Role Overview

The Senior Vice President, Financial Planning & Analysis Manager will lead the Corporate Treasury Finance (CTF) and Balance Sheet Reporting & Analytics (BSRA) team in India, with full accountability for the quality, timeliness, control, and continuous improvement of all deliverables.

What You Will Do

The role involves planning and forecasting, deposit forecast governance, NII and balance sheet narrative, subject-matter expertise, reporting and analytics, stakeholder partnership, scope expansion, and transformation & AI.

To be successful in this role, you should have a Master’s degree in a financial discipline, 15+ years of progressive experience in finance, FP&A, treasury finance or balance sheet management, and strong knowledge of Asset and Liability Management (ALM), deposits, NII, FTP, liquidity, interest rate risk, and the bank balance sheet.

Requirements

• Master’s degree in a financial discipline such as accounting, finance, economics or statistics, or local country equivalent
• 15+ years of progressive experience in finance, FP&A, treasury finance or balance sheet management within banking or financial services
• Professional qualifications such as CA, CFA, FRM or CPA are a strong advantage
• Strong knowledge of Asset and Liability Management (ALM), deposits, NII, FTP, liquidity (LCR/LST), interest rate risk and the bank balance sheet, with a sound understanding of financial controls and governance
