Business & Data Analyst

Role Overview

As a Business & Data Analyst at Bosch, you will work closely with local business and managers to identify current and strategic reporting needs, collect and analyze business requirements, and develop reporting and data visualization using Power BI. You will also collaborate with the central office and knowledge transfer to implement and utilize the Databricks platform and Data Lake / Redlake architecture.

What You Will Do

Your main responsibilities will include designing, implementing, and maintaining modern, interactive dashboards and reports in the Power BI environment, modernizing existing reporting tools, and ensuring high ergonomics and consistency and quality of presented data.

Requirements

• At least 2-4 years of experience in a BI Specialist, Data Analyst, Business Analyst position with a strong technical bias or related
• Experience in direct cooperation with business stakeholders and management teams
• Very good, practical knowledge of Power BI (data modeling, advanced DAX, Power Query) and MS Excel
• Good knowledge of SQL allowing for free connection and transformation of data from various databases
• Experience or strong motivation and basic knowledge of working with modern analytical platforms (Databricks, Data Lake / Lakehouse environments, Python/PySpark)
• Fluent English (min. B2/C1) in speech and writing
• Good knowledge of Polish
