We are looking for a Customer Experience Representative to manage the sales fulfillment process, ensuring timely and accurate delivery of materials, and continuously optimizing the customer experience.

Requirements

• Bilingual in English and French
• Excellent customer service skills
• Excellent time management and organizational skills
• Product knowledge or industry experience preferred
• SAP experience is an asset
• Strong MS Office experience required (Excel, Outlook, etc.)
