Role Overview

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Manager to lead our sales operations in Luanda, Angola. In this pivotal role, you will be responsible for driving revenue growth, building a high-performing sales team, and establishing strong market presence in the region.

Requirements

  • Minimum 5 years of sales management experience

  • Excellent analytical skills
  • Solid understanding of budget management and financial acumen
  • Strong negotiation and communication skills in English
  • Proficiency in Portuguese is highly desirable
  • Experience in emerging markets or the Angola region is preferred
