Role Overview
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Manager to lead our sales operations in Luanda, Angola. In this pivotal role, you will be responsible for driving revenue growth, building a high-performing sales team, and establishing strong market presence in the region.

Requirements
- Minimum 5 years of sales management experience
- Proven track record of exceeding sales targets

- Proficiency with Customer Relationship Management (CRM) systems and sales analytics tools
- Excellent analytical skills
- Solid understanding of budget management and financial acumen
- Strong negotiation and communication skills in English
- Proficiency in Portuguese is highly desirable
- Experience in emerging markets or the Angola region is preferred
