Role Overview

The account manager is responsible for managing client accounts, building relationships, and ensuring client satisfaction. The role involves identifying growth opportunities, collaborating with internal teams, and resolving client issues.

What You Will Do

Build and maintain positive relationships with account contacts, identify growth opportunities, collaborate with internal teams, and conduct well-prepared meetings with decision makers.

Requirements

  • Minimum of 3 years customer service experience
  • Minimum 5 years landscaping experience
  • Valid driver’s license and a clean driving record
  • Bachelor’s degree in business administration, horticulture, or other related field
  • Strong customer service and interpersonal skills
  • Adept at using Microsoft Office365 and online sales tracking tools
  • Strong organizational, time management, and prioritization skills
  • Comfortable working in a highly digitized and electronic environment
  • Ability to communicate effectively in English, both verbally and written
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
