Role Overview
As Head of US Marketing, you will act as a business partner to Sales and Marketing leadership, driving pipeline growth and marketing programmes across the North America. You will translate market dynamics and business objectives into field strategies that create measurable revenue impact.
What You Will Do
Define and own the regional marketing strategy for North America, aligning with global teams on brand, digital, paid media, email and events. Manage and develop a regional marketer, setting clear objectives and fostering a high-performance culture.

Requirements
- 8+ years of experience in marketing management or cross-functional campaign coordination in a global environment
- Business-minded marketer who thinks in revenue outcomes first, marketing activities second — comfortable owning pipeline numbers alongside Sales
- Equally strategic and hands-on: as capable of setting the regional roadmap as of rolling up your sleeves to execute campaigns and events yourself, especially given the lean size of the team
- Proven track record operating in complex, matrixed organizations — able to influence without authority and drive alignment across Sales, Product and central Marketing teams
- Comfortable operating across time zones and reporting lines based outside the US
- Agile and adaptable — able to shift priorities quickly in a fast-moving, resource-lean environment
- Strategic, 360° view of the marketing mix — not just events — with the judgment to prioritize across channels based on pipeline impact
- Experience managing marketing budgets and demonstrating ROI
- Deep expertise in both online ( email, webinars, social) and offline (events, community) marketing channels
- Experience with ABM strategies and enterprise sales cycles
- Knowledge of the MarTech industry is a strong plus
- Native in English; French and/or other European languages are a plus
