Requirements

  • 3+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience for Sales and Marketing in a fast-paced environment
  • Experience analyzing recruiting metrics to drive decision-making and implement impactful process improvements
  • Proven ability to recruit for high-volume and specialized roles
  • Knowledge of HR practices and employment laws
  • BS in Human Resources Management or relevant degree
