Marketing Manager

Role Overview

We are seeking a proactive, strategic, and data-driven Marketing Manager to lead our marketing team and accelerate growth across our core books and furnishings divisions.

What You Will Do

Direct omnichannel campaigns, oversee brand consistency, and lead our digital-first evolution by leveraging data analytics to track performance and scale our e-commerce and print strategy.

You will analyze market research, competitor behavior, and consumer trends in the library sector to deliver actionable reporting, and partner closely with sales teams to build high-stakes proposals/bids and coordinate with product management to oversee successful new product launches.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a highly related field
  • Minimum of 5–7 years of progressive marketing leadership experience with a proven track record in revenue growth
  • 1–3 years of direct team management and supervisory experience
  • Proficiency with e-commerce platforms, content management systems (CMS), CRM software, and web analytics tools (such as GA4)
