Senior Demand Generation Manager

Role Overview

This is a remote position open to candidates authorized to work in the US without visa sponsorship, who presently reside in the US. The role is a hands-on individual contributor that blends planning and execution, and will help manage and grow Builder Prime’s demand engine.

What You Will Do

The day-to-day responsibilities include managing the demand generation plan, contributing to the sourced-pipeline number, recommending channel mix and budget allocation, and running the day-to-day of the engine.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in demand generation or growth marketing
• A track record of owning a pipeline or MQL/SAL/SQL number
• Hands-on experience planning and managing paid media channels
• Experience with account-based marketing or ABX
• Strong command of marketing funnel and pipeline metrics
• Familiarity with CRM and marketing automation platforms
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
• Strong organizational skills with attention to detail
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, rapidly changing environment
• Adept at using Google Suite, Slack, and CRM software
• Self-starter with ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously
• Willingness and ability to travel occasionally for company events, trade shows, and team offsites
• Experience building and running AI workflows that connect to a real system
