Role Overview

The Director, FP&A provides oversight and strategic direction to the financial planning and analysis function, including annual planning, forecasting, long-range planning, performance reporting, and data-informed decision support. The role partners with senior leadership and cross-functional teams to translate financial and operating results into clear insights, actions, and recommendations that improve performance and support strategic priorities.

What You Will Do

The Director, FP&A will oversee the development, implementation, and continuous improvement of standardized FP&A processes, reporting, data governance, automation, and analytics capabilities. The role will also direct the annual operating plan, periodic forecasting, and long-range financial planning processes, establishing key assumptions, timelines, financial targets, decision points, and cross-functional accountability for committed actions.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in related field (i.e., Accounting, Finance, Economics, etc.) or equivalent
• 12+ years of relevant finance experience or the knowledge, skills, and abilities to succeed in the role, including 1+ years of experience in financial planning & analysis
• 5+ years of leadership experience or the knowledge, skills, and abilities to succeed in the role
