Role Overview

Provide leadership and direction for all casino marketing initiatives for Harrah’s & Tropicana Laughlin, including casino marketing efforts and increasing business volumes. Implement strategic tactical marketing programs for competitive positioning in the marketplace.

What You Will Do

Develop marketing strategies, establish casino campaigns, drive loyalty programs, ensure integrity and effective measurement of marketing programs, and apply economic and accounting principles in analysis and reporting of financial data.
