Event Marketing Manager (Experience Architect)

Role Overview

We’re hiring an Event Marketing Manager (Experience Architect) to lead event marketing strategy and execution across trade shows, partner programs, executive engagements, and internal events. The role requires someone who can hold the big picture and the smallest logistical detail at the same time.

What You Will Do

The Event Marketing Manager will lead end-to-end planning and execution of events, build and maintain relationships with strategic partners, and support lead management operations tied to events and trade shows.

Requirements

• 4+ years in event marketing, event management, experiential marketing, hospitality, project management, or a related field
• Experience managing complex, multi-stakeholder events, preferably within the technology industry
• Strong organizational and operational skills with exceptional attention to detail
• Excellent written and verbal communication across executive, sales, and client-facing audiences
• Comfortable owning projects from planning through post-event wrap-up independently
• Proficient in Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Slides, Drive, Gemini, and NotebookLM)
• Experience with CRM systems, lead management, and event registration platforms preferred
• Familiarity with the technology, infrastructure, AI, research computing, or enterprise IT ecosystem strongly preferred
• Authorization to work in the United States on a full-time basis required
