Role Overview

Capgemini is seeking an experienced Marketing Manager to support a strategic email marketing program for a leading US-based financial services client. This is a highly collaborative, client-facing role responsible for managing end-to-end campaign operations, stakeholder communication, campaign quality assurance, and marketing execution support.

What You Will Do

Build and maintain strong relationships with client stakeholders, product managers, and cross-functional teams. Collaborate with business partners to understand campaign objectives, marketing priorities, and business requirements.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience in email marketing, campaign management, marketing operations, or project management.
• Hands-on experience with: Salesforce Marketing Cloud (SFMC), Adobe Workfront, Adobe Journey Optimizer/Adobe Journey Orchestrator
• Strong understanding of email marketing lifecycle and campaign execution processes.
• Experience working with enterprise clients, preferably within the financial services industry.
• Proven ability to manage multiple stakeholders and cross-functional teams.
• Experience coordinating campaign testing, QA, validation, and deployment processes.
• Strong analytical skills with experience interpreting campaign performance data and metrics.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
