Front-End SEO/CRO Developer

Role Overview

Join our SEO/GEO team as a Front-End SEO/CRO Developer to build, test, and optimize digital experiences across Farmers websites. Partner closely with UX, Development, Media, and Paid teams to build and launch front-end components, improve page performance, and execute experiments designed to improve the customer experience and conversion.

What You Will Do

Build, launch, and optimize front-end components, configure and execute A/B and multivariate tests, implement front-end updates in Optimizely, and analyze website behavior and testing results.

We’re looking for a proactive and curious developer with 4+ years of experience in front-end development, UX development, experimentation, CRO, or related digital disciplines. Experience with Optimizely, VWO, and FullStory is a plus.

Requirements

• 4+ years of relevant experience in front-end development, UX development, experimentation, CRO, or related digital disciplines
• Hands-on experience with Optimizely and UX experimentation/testing
• Experience with VWO or similar A/B testing platforms
• Solid understanding of SEO, CRO, page performance, and UX best practices
• Experience building and testing across multiple web pages, templates, or digital channels
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to turn data into actionable recommendations
• A proactive and curious approach
• Strong communication skills and the ability to present technical findings and test results in a clear, business-friendly way
• Fluent English proficiency
• Experience in insurance or financial services is a plus
• Experience with FullStory for behavioral analysis and monitoring is a plus
