Role Overview

The team’s mission is to drive the growth of our US business through smart use of data and advanced analytics across customer acquisition, approval strategies, and portfolio management. The team includes a diverse pool of analysts with various degrees of expertise, ranging from data engineering to advanced analytics.

What You Will Do

Owning the delivery of a high-volume, data-driven US acquisition channel, and contributing to its strategy and roadmap alongside the wider team. Building and maintaining the data pipelines (SQL, dbt) that turn internal and third-party data into campaign-ready audiences. Launching and optimising campaigns through analysis and testing.

We’re looking for someone with 4+ years’ experience as an Analytics/Data Engineer or Data Analyst in a fast-paced environment, strong analytical/quantitative skills, and willingness to ‘get your hands dirty’ building, analysing, and maintaining complex datasets.

Requirements

• 4+ years’ experience as an Analytics/Data Engineer or Data Analyst in a fast-paced environment
• Strong analytical/quantitative skills
• Strong SQL skills
• Willingness to ‘get your hands dirty’ building, analysing, and maintaining complex datasets
• Experience in growth or marketing analytics is a plus
• Experience with a programming language like Python or R, and dashboarding software such as Looker or Tableau would be a plus
• Conviction to challenge assumptions and received wisdom
• Curiosity to learn and experiment
• Analytical, pragmatic, and tenacious character
• Comfortable owning outcomes with minimal direction
