Senior Program Manager, AI Initiatives, Go-To-Market Enablement

Role Overview

The role will lead and manage global go-to-market and field enablement programs, developing project strategies for the Center of Excellence (COE) supporting AI initiatives. The Sr. Program Manager will help bring new AI-enabled capabilities from concept to launch and adoption across the field.

What You Will Do

Own delivery of AI-enabled capabilities end to end; from defining the problem and shaping requirements with technical partners, through build, launch, and measured adoption in the field. Serve as a consultative lead for AI-enabled program management practice, partner with teams to rethink how programs get planned, tracked, and reported.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in program management or project management
• BA or BS degree, or equivalent practical experience
• Strong communication skills, including written and verbal communication
• Strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to lead cross-functional teams in decision-making processes
• Experience with change management, including planning for resistance and driving adoption rather than rollout
• Ability to build enough AI domain knowledge to be a credible partner to technical teams and to translate technical concepts into business outcomes
