Role Overview
Assist customers in the store, share product information, give advice, and process transactions. Follow up on online customer quotes, cold call to qualify new leads, and support Outside Sales Reps as needed.
What You Will Do
Complete transactions, produce estimates, conduct cycle counts, and resolve overages/shortages. Assist in inventory control and support Outside Sales Reps.

Requirements
- Experience working in sales or customer service

- Familiarity with building materials is helpful, but not required
