As Team Lead Account Management, you will be responsible for identifying and unlocking the full growth potential within our customer base, scaling the team, and sustainably maximising Net Revenue Retention (NRR).
Requirements
- At least five years of experience in sales or existing customer management with SaaS B2B clients
- Two to three years of experience in a managerial role
- Strong analytical skills and understanding of complex process structures
- Proven track record of achieving strategic goals using KPIs
- Excellent German language skills (C2) and English language skills (min. C1)
