Role Overview

Develop the Japanese market for a No. 1 trend EC platform in China’s cross-border EC import business. Formulate and implement a recruitment plan and goals for handled categories. Develop and maintain a good customer relationship network.

What You Will Do

Manage the recruitment project, including customer negotiations, business negotiations, contract signing, and initial incubation support for merchants. Explore new business growth opportunities to expand the platform’s product offerings and competitive advantage.

Why It Might Be a Fit

The ideal candidate has at least 5 years of industry experience in trend categories, a deep understanding of the distribution of merchants in Japan, and excellent negotiation skills and bilingual communication skills in Japanese and Chinese.

Requirements

• University degree or higher
• At least 5 years of industry experience in trend categories
• At least 3 years of experience in recruitment and supply chain development
• Excellent negotiation skills and persuasion
• Fluent bilingual communication skills in Japanese and Chinese
