Role Overview
The Talent Acquisition team at Chainalysis is responsible for scaling the most important ingredient to our success – people. We’re looking for a Senior Recruiter to support hiring across our EMEA and APAC go-to-market teams during an exciting period of growth.
What You Will Do
Own full-cycle recruiting for go-to-market roles across EMEA, build and execute proactive sourcing strategies, partner closely with hiring managers and senior leaders, and manage candidates through the full interview process.

Requirements
- A track record of successfully recruiting sales and go-to-market talent, particularly quota-carrying roles
- Experience recruiting within SaaS, fintech, cybersecurity, or other high-growth technology environments
- A strong interest in cryptocurrency, blockchain, or the digital assets ecosystem
- Experience working closely with senior stakeholders in fast-paced environments
- Excellent sourcing and talent mapping skills, with the ability to generate strong pipelines independently
- A structured and organised approach to managing multiple searches simultaneously
- A collaborative mindset and a strong sense of ownership over hiring outcomes
